“So what can I do about it?” I asked her.
“Nothing really, you would have to ask all of the property owners between your property and the closest public road for an easement.”
There’s no way I was going to do that…
It sounded very expensive and time-consuming.
“How will I ever sell these properties now?” I thought.
Eventually, I lowered the price and tried again.
The lots sold, but I made no money off of them.
And I knew I needed a better system for purchasing properties if I was ever to make this go at entrepreneurship work.
